To find the best copyrights regulation for content provided by interloom and for the user-generated content was a very difficult question.

User generated content (author = user)

User generated content (e.g. text and photos for products, articles, and idea posts) is content, whose author is the user of interloom. By uploading content to interloom, users transfer the rights to use this content to interloom and third-parties within the scope of the below mentioned licence.

User distributed content (author = third-party)

User distributed content (e.g. text and photos for products, articles, and idea posts) is content whose author is not the user of interloom himself/herself, but a third-party. Users may only share content from a third-party author when they have at least user licence rights which are equal or higher than the basic interloom content licence.
